If you're a trans* person working in the UK we'd love to hear from you 

We're conducting an anonymous survey exploring the working lives of trans* people in the UK aimed at creating better work and working lives  

This survey aims to help the CIPD better understand the working lives of trans and non-binary people in Britain and the findings will inform the advice they give to employers and the government regarding trans* and wider LGBT issues
 

The information you give us will be treated in the strictest of confidence, and you will not be identified in any way.  The data will be analysed by researchers at Aston Business School, Aston University

We have tested the survey and found that on average it should take around 15 to 20 minutes to complete

For this survey, we would like you to think about your MAIN JOB only when answering the questions.  My main job, we mean the job you currently spend the most time doing
